The Department of Educational Publications has invited applications from qualified individuals to contribute as writers for the development of school learning materials prepared by the department.
According to the official notice, applications are open for individuals with expertise in subjects related to the school curriculum and experience in educational writing.
Eligible Applicants
The following categories of professionals are eligible to apply:
- University lecturers
- Officers in the Education Administrative Service
- Subject specialists and professionals such as doctors, engineers, and technicians
- Officers in the Teacher Educator Service
- Teacher in-service advisors
- Graduate teachers with more than 5 years of teaching experience and a Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE)
- Trained teachers or National College of Education (NCOE) diploma holders with more than 8 years of teaching experience
- Award-winning writers with subject expertise
