- In line with the Education Secretary’s Circular 23/2017, five assessment opportunities representing both Grade 12 and Grade 13 must be considered when calculating the SBA marks for certification purposes for the 2025 G.C.E. (A/L) and subsequent examinations.
Certification and Record Keeping
- After successfully uploading the marks lists for all subjects using the online application, principals must print a hard copy of the lists.
- The printed lists must be signed by the teacher who entered the marks and the teacher who checked the marks.
- The Principal must then certify the printouts.
- These certified printed copies must be kept securely at the school for submission if required in the future, but they do not need to be sent to the Department of Examinations.
