Diploma in Human Resource Management (DHRM) 2025/2026 – University of Colombo

The University of Colombo, Department of Human Resource Management invites applications for the Diploma in Human Resource Management (DHRM) – 2025/2026.

This one-year programme, offered in Sinhala and English, is conducted online on Saturdays, and provides an SLQF 3 / NVQ Level 5 Qualification – a nationally recognized academic credential for aspiring HR professionals.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet one of the following:
– A minimum of three passes at the G.C.E. A/L in one sitting in any stream
OR
– A minimum of five years of executive-level experience in a public or private organization, along with six passes at the G.C.E. O/L in one sitting

AND
– A good command of English or Sinhala, the language of instruction
