Diploma in Food Technology 2025-2026 Intake – Wayamba University

The Faculty of Livestock, Fisheries & Nutrition at Wayamba University of Sri Lanka has announced the launch of its Diploma in Food Technology program for the 1st Intake (2025-2026). Aimed at school leavers and professionals, this program is designed to provide a reputed qualification in the growing field of food technology.

Diploma in Food Technology 2025: Admission Requirements

Applicants must meet one of the following criteria:

1. Three passes in GCE (A/L) in Biological/Physical Science/Technology streams (one sitting), or
2. Two A/L passes with one year of food industry experience, or
3. NVQ Level 4 in Food Science/Technology.

Selection Process

Eligible candidates will be called for an interview. Applications must be submitted by *1st September 2025*, accompanied by certified documents and a Rs. 1,000 fee payment slip.
