The Ministry of Education has announced the commencement of the Annual Transfer Process for National School Principals 2025 under the Sri Lanka Principal Service. Eligible officers currently serving in national schools are invited to submit their applications before the deadline.

- Closing Date: 14 March 2025
- Eligibility Criteria:
- Principals who have served 6 years or more as of 31.12.2024 must apply for a transfer.
- Principals with less than 3 years of service as of 31.12.2024 should not apply.
All applicants are required to carefully read and understand the issued instructions before completing their applications. Once submitted and approved by the principal, no revisions can be made to the application.
