The Ministry of Education, Higher Education, and Vocational Education has officially released the 2026 Annual Transfers for Non-Academic Staff
In a special notice published on April 6, 2026, the Ministry provided comprehensive lists and cover letters for various positions within the service. This move aims to streamline administrative functions and ensure the efficient distribution of human resources across educational institutions nationwide.
Affected Job Categories
The transfer orders apply to a wide range of technical, administrative, and support roles, including:
- Administrative & Clerical: Development & Financial Assistants, Document Assistants, and Library Assistants.
- Technical & Laboratory: Laboratory Assistants, Laboratory Aides, and Technology Faculty Assistants.
- Student Welfare: Hostel Wardens and Assistant Hostel Wardens.
- Skilled & Support Staff: Office Assistants (KKS), Chefs, Infirmary Workers, Sports Coaches, and School Security Officers.
- Maintenance: Plumbers and Electricians, as well as Sanitary Service Assistants.
