Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications
Educational Qualifications
- Must have passed at least six (06) subjects at the G.C.E. Ordinary Level (O/L) Examination.
- The six passed subjects must include at least two (02) credit passes.
- All required passes must be obtained within a maximum of two (02) sittings.
General Qualifications
- Must be a citizen of Sri Lanka.
- Must possess good moral character.
- Must be physically and mentally fit to perform all required duties of the post.
- Must satisfy all residency and other eligibility requirements specified in the official notification.
Selection Process & Interview Marking Scheme
Recruitment will be conducted through a structured interview and formal assessment process. A minimum qualifying mark of 40% is required at the interview assessment. Marks are allocated according to the following evaluation scheme:
