The Ministry of Public Administration, Provincial Councils and Local Government has issued Public Administration Circular No. 32/2025, granting special leave to public officers who were unable to report for duty due to floods, earth slips, and road obstructions caused by the “Ditwah” cyclonic storm in November 2025 .
According to the circular, the concession applies to public officers across all administrative districts who could not attend work due to the breakdown of public transport, blocked roads, or being directly affected or displaced by disaster conditions beyond their control .
