Eligibility Requirements & Service Conditions
- Designation Status: Applicants must currently serve as an Assistant Valuer of Grade I Class II of the Sri Lanka Valuation Service.
- Examination Pass: Must have successfully passed the Efficiency Bar Examination of Grade I Class II relating to the Office-based / Field Officer Category II.
- Disciplinary Record: Applicants must not be subject to any disciplinary penalty under Public Service Commission Circular No. 01/2020 as of the gazette publication date.
- Qualifications Cut-off Date: All required qualifications and criteria must be fulfilled as of September 18, 2026.
- Service Conditions: The post is permanent and pensionable, requiring mandatory contributions to the Widows’ / Widowers’ and Orphans’ Pension Scheme. Appointments are subject to an acting period of one year.
