The Department of Examinations has introduced an online verification system for confirming the schooling period of GCE A/L 2024 candidates who are applying for university admissions.
Principals are requested to follow the below steps carefully:
- Log in to the Department of Examinations Online Portal using the Username and Password provided to your school.
- Complete the online data sheet by entering and verifying the schooling period details of your students.
- This process is mandatory for students applying for university admission through the University Grants Commission (UGC).
Important Post-Submission Step:
- Once the UGC online application deadline has passed, you must print the filled data sheet of the students.
- Affix your signature and the official school seal on the printout.
- Send the completed document by Registered Post to the following address:
