The Ministry of Public Administration, Provincial Councils and Local Government has issued an amendment to the Gazette notification related to the Limited Competitive Examination for Recruitment to Grade III of the Sri Lanka Planning Service (SLPS) – 2026.
🔹 Key Amendments
✅ Applicants must have completed 5 years of active and satisfactory service in a Public Service or Provincial Public Service post under:
- Salary Code MN-1-2025 or above, OR
- Salary Code SL-1-2025
✅ All required qualifications must have been completed on or before 17.04.2026, which is the date of the original Gazette notification.
✅ The application closing date has been extended to 18 June 2026.
✅ Candidates who have already submitted applications do not need to reapply.
