🎓 Qualifications & Academic Positions
👨🏫 Professor
- An earned Doctorate and a Master’s Degree in an appropriate field of specialization from a recognized university or higher educational institute.
- Fifteen or more years of proven record in teaching, service and research commensurate with the rank of Associate Professor / Senior Professor.
👨🏫 Senior Lecturer
- A Bachelor’s Degree and a Master’s Degree in an appropriate field of specialization from a recognized university.
- An earned Doctorate will be an added advantage.
- At least five years of teaching experience at undergraduate/graduate level in a recognized university or higher educational institute.
📖 Lecturer
- A Bachelor’s Degree in an appropriate field of specialization with a First Class from a recognized university.
- A Master’s Degree and lecturing experience will be added advantages.
🎓 Temporary Lecturer
- Fresh graduates who have a Bachelor’s Degree in an appropriate field of specialization with a First Class from a recognized university.
🧑💻 Teaching Assistant / Demonstrator
- Fresh graduates who have a Bachelor’s Degree in an appropriate field of specialization with a First Class or Second Upper.

- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills including public speaking skills.
- Ability to work independently and perform effectively in a high-performance work environment without direct supervision.
