The Dr. C. W. W. Kannangara Memorial Lecture, organized by the National Institute of Education (NIE), was delivered by Professor S. Srisatkunarajah, Vice Chancellor of the University of Jaffna, on October 13, 2025.
His lecture, titled “Panoramic Perspectives on the Knowledge Explosion: Global Currents and the Sri Lankan Experience,” explored global knowledge trends and their impact on Sri Lanka’s education system.
