28 contract-based vacancies under the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, Lands and Irrigation
Applications are invited from qualified Sri Lankan citizens for several contract-based positions at the Integrated Rurban Development and Climate Resilience Project – IRDCRP.
The project is implemented under the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, Lands and Irrigation and is jointly funded by the Government of Sri Lanka and the World Bank. The five-year project aims to improve the productivity, competitiveness and climate resilience of agri-food producers.

✅ General Requirements
- Applicants must be below 63 years of age on the closing date.
- Qualifications and experience must comply with Management Services Circular No. 02/2026.
- Experience in a similar position in a donor-funded project is preferred.
- Applicants should be willing to travel to project locations when required.
- English proficiency, computer literacy and knowledge of government regulations are required.
- Relevant professional qualifications will be an added advantage.
