Educational Qualifications
Applicants must possess at least one of the following qualifications by 31 August 2026:
- A First Class or Second Class Bachelor’s Degree awarded by a Sri Lankan or foreign university recognized by the University Grants Commission (minimum duration of 3 years); or
- Be an Attorney-at-Law of the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka; or
- Be a Chartered Accountant.

- Eligible date of birth: Born between 31 August 1991 and 31 August 2004 (inclusive).
