அரசாங்க தொழிற்சாலைத் திணைக்களத்தில் ஆரம்ப அரை-தேர்ச்சி சேவை வகையின் தரம் III பதவிகளுக்கான 22 வெற்றிடங்களுக்கு தகுதியான இலங்கை பிரஜைகளிடமிருந்து விண்ணப்பங்கள் கோரப்படுகின்றன. பூர்த்தி செய்யப்பட்ட விண்ணப்பங்கள் 2026 நவம்பர் 06 ஆம் திகதிக்கு முன்னர் பதிவஞ்சல் மூலம் அனுப்பப்பட வேண்டும்.

A total of 22 technical positions across 13 specialized trade categories are open for recruitment:

Salary Scale & Terms of Employment

• Salary Code: PL 2-2025
• Salary Scale: Rs. 41,800 – 10×490 – 10×540 – 10×590 – 12×630 = Rs. 65,560/-
• Starting Basic Salary: Rs. 41,800/- per month for Grade III, plus government-approved allowances.
• Post Nature: Permanent and pensionable government appointment.

Eligibility Criteria & Required Qualifications

Age Limit

Applicants must be not less than 18 years and not more than 45 years of age as of the closing date of applications (November 06, 2026).

Educational Qualifications

• Passed G.C.E. (O/L) examination in six (06) subjects with at least two (02) credit passes in no more than two sittings.
• Educational Waiver Notice: Per Public Administration Circular 28/2016, educational qualifications are waived for candidates holding NVQ Level 3 in the relevant field.

Professional Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 proficiency certificate in the relevant field; OR
• Completion of a recognized technical training course of at least one (01) year duration, along with a minimum of two (02) years of relevant work experience.

Selection Process & Evaluation Criteria

Recruitment will be conducted through two primary evaluation stages:

1. Practical Skill Test: Allocated 100 marks with a mandatory minimum pass mark of 40%.
2. Aptitude Evaluation Interview: Allocated 100 marks to assess practical suitability and candidate competencies.
