வடமேல் மாகாண சபை அரச சேவையின் கூட்டுறவு அபிவிருத்தி திணைக்களத்தில் தரம் III கூட்டுறவு அபிவிருத்தி உத்தியோகத்தர் பதவிக்கான 31 வெற்றிடங்களுக்கு திறந்த போட்டிப் பரீட்சை மூலம் ஆட்சேர்ப்பு செய்ய விண்ணப்பங்கள் கோரப்படுகின்றன. விண்ணப்பங்கள் exams.psc.nw.gov.lk இணையத்தளத்தினூடாக ஒன்லைன் மூலம் மாத்திரமே ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளப்படும். ஒன்லைன் விண்ணப்ப முடிவுத் திகதி 2026 செப்டம்பர் 23 ஆகும். அச்சிடப்பட்ட விண்ணப்பப் படிவம் கட்டணப் பற்றுச்சீட்டுடன் 2026 செப்டம்பர் 30 ஆம் திகதிக்கு முன்னர் அனுப்பி வைக்கப்பட வேண்டும்.

🎓 Eligibility & Qualifications
1. Educational Qualifications
- Passed the G.C.E. (O/L) Examination in six subjects at one sitting, with Credit Passes in Sinhala/Tamil/English, Mathematics, and two other subjects.
- Passed all subjects at the G.C.E. (A/L) Examination at one sitting (excluding the General Common Test), with at least one subject from: Economics, Biology, Agriculture, Combined Mathematics, Accounting, Business Statistics, or Business Studies.
2. Professional Qualifications (Must possess at least one)
- Diploma in Advanced Accounting or Audit Management from the National Institute of Cooperative Development.
- Passed the final stage of the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) or an equivalent qualification.
- Diploma in Accounting or Management from a recognized university.
- Higher National Diploma in Accounting from the Sri Lanka Institute of Advanced Technological Education (SLIATE).
- Degree in Management, Accounting, or Commerce from a university approved by the University Grants Commission (UGC).
Note: All educational and professional qualifications must have been completed and certificates obtained on or before 23 September 2026.
3. Other Eligibility Criteria
- Age Limit: Must be 18–30 years as at the closing date (23.09.2026).
- Citizenship & Character: Sri Lankan citizen with excellent character, physically and mentally fit to serve anywhere in the North Western Province.
- Residency Requirement: Must have been a permanent resident of the North Western Province for at least 3 years immediately preceding the closing date, certified by a Grama Niladhari using a DS 04 certificate.
- Monastic Status: Persons holding monastic status in any religious order are not eligible to sit for this examination.
