The University of Jaffna has called applications for the Aptitude / Practical Test to select candidates for the Bachelor of Science Honours in Physical Education Degree Programme for the Academic Year 2025/2026.
This selection process is conducted by the Faculty of Allied Health Sciences, and the programme will be offered in English medium.

Admission to this degree programme is not based solely on A/L results. All eligible applicants must face a practical aptitude test, which plays a crucial role in selection.
The test is designed to evaluate:
- Physical Fitness – strength, endurance, flexibility
- Sports Skills – overall athletic ability and performance
- Practical Competence in physical education activities
📌 Only candidates who successfully perform in this test will be considered for final selection.
🏅 Sports Achievements Matter Too
In addition to the aptitude test:
- Marks will be awarded for previous sports achievements
- Applicants must submit certified copies of their highest-level sports certificates

- Have minimum university admission qualifications
- Obtain at least three “S” passes in the G.C.E Advanced Level Examination 2025
- Be physically fit to participate in the aptitude test
