The Open University of Sri Lanka (OUSL) is now accepting applications for its Advanced Certificate in Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management (ESBM) for the academic year 2025/2026. This one-year programme, offered in English, Sinhala, and Tamil, is designed to equip students with essential skills for business success and provides a direct pathway to higher education.
Entry Requirements
Prospective students must meet one of the following criteria:
- G.C.E. (O/L) Qualification: Six passes, including Mathematics and First Language, with at least two credit passes in no more than two sittings.
- Certificate Programme: Completion of a 30-credit Level 01 (or above) programme at OUSL.
- NVQF Level 03: An equivalent or higher qualification approved by the Senate.
