Applicants should possess
- A degree from a recognized university or institution.
- Rajakeeya Panditha degree.
- Any equivalent qualification accepted by the Senate of the University of Kelaniya.

- Print the completed application.
- Attach the MIS payment receipt.
- Attach certified copies of the birth certificate and degree certificate.
- Submit the completed application to the Faculty of Graduate Studies, University of Kelaniya.
- Applications can be submitted personally or sent by registered post.
