Sri Lanka Tea Board Announces New Vacancies 2025

The Sri Lanka Tea Board, the apex body of the tea industry under the Ministry of Plantation and Community Infrastructure, has announced multiple job vacancies for dynamic, qualified, and result-oriented individuals. The recruitment covers positions across finance, marketing, legal, technical, and research fields.

1. Accountant (MM-1-1 Grade II) – 01 Vacancy
   • Qualifications: Degree in Accountancy/Commerce; 3 years’ post-qualifying experience; Chartered Accountancy Licentiate or similar.
   • Salary Scale: Rs. 56,775 – 97,895 + Approved allowances.
2. Assistant Director (Laboratory) (MM-1-1 Grade II) – 01 Vacancy
   • Role: Quality evaluation, research, and inspection in tea.
   • Qualifications: Science Degree with Chemistry as a subject and 3 years of relevant experience.
   • Salary Scale: Rs. 56,775 – 97,895 + Allowances.
3. Assistant Tea Commissioner (MM-1-1 Grade II) – 02 Vacancies
   • Role: Enforcement of Tea Control Acts.
