Resource Persons for 2025 Examination Pool – Eastern Provincial Public Service Commission

The Eastern Provincial Public Service Commission has announced the establishment of a Resource Persons for 2025 Examination Pool aimed at enhancing the efficiency and integrity of examination-related processes within the province. This initiative seeks to formalize the preparation of examination papers and the evaluation of answer sheets for recruitment, promotion, efficiency bar, and departmental examinations.

Eligibility and Responsibilities

Applicants must be from the public service or provincial public service sectors with proven expertise in preparing examination papers and evaluating answer sheets. Selected resource persons will be responsible for:

• Preparing examination papers with the utmost confidentiality.
• Evaluating answer sheets within assigned timeframes.
• Translating examination papers into English or Tamil when necessary.
• Evaluating answer sheets in both English and Tamil, as required.

Resource persons will enter into agreements outlining the specific conditions of their roles, as determined by the Eastern Provincial Public Service Commission.
