The Sri Lanka German Training Institute (SLGTI), under the Ministry of Education, Higher Education and Vocational Education – Vocational Education Division, is now accepting applications for its Renewable Energy Technology (Full-Time) program. The course is conducted under the German Dual Vocational Training System, offering NVQ Levels 4, 5, and 6 qualifications.
This program aims to prepare skilled professionals in the rapidly growing renewable energy sector, focusing on Mechatronics, Energy Management, and Green Skills. It is jointly implemented by SLGTI Kilinochchi, CGTTI Moratuwa, and the Sri Lanka Sustainable Energy Authority (SLSEA) Solar Park Training Center, Hambantota — forming the National Renewable Energy Training Hub.
