Postgraduate Diploma in Human Rights (PGDip HRts) 2025/26 – University of Colombo

The Faculty of Graduate Studies at the University of Colombo has announced the commencement of applications for the Postgraduate Diploma in Human Rights (PGDip HRts) for the 2025/26 academic year. This one-year program, offered at SLQF Level 08, will be conducted online in English with classes scheduled during weekends.

Admission Requirements:

Candidates must meet one of the following criteria:

1. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from a recognized university.
2. A Bachelor’s degree in another field with relevant prior learning or work experience.
3. A recognized professional qualification acceptable to the Faculty Board and Senate.
4. Completion of NVQ Level 07 with relevant work experience.
5. A Diploma or Higher Diploma with relevant qualifications and experience as determined by the university.
6. Good command of English and satisfactory performance in a selection test or interview.
