The re-registration process covers Semesters I, II, and III, with students required to provide updated personal and academic details, including their study centre, registration number, and contact information. Additionally, the form requires certification of completed examinations, teaching practice stages (I and II), and the action research report.

- Submission of the completed form to the National Coordinator, PGDE Programme, NIE, Maharagama via registered post.
- Payment of re-registration and course fees as specified by the institute.
