Proofreader (Gr. III – English)

Lake House is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Proofreader to ensure the accuracy, clarity, and consistency of published content across its media platforms.

Required Qualifications

Diploma in English from a recognized institution with 3 years’ experience as a Proofreader; or
NVQ Level 5 or above with 3 years’ experience in proofreading; or
GCE A/L with 5 years’ experience in proofreading.
Strong command of English grammar, spelling, punctuation, and editorial style.
High attention to detail and strong editing skills.
Experience in desktop proofreading will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Proofread advertising and editorial content before publication.
Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in all publications.
Coordinate with supervisors and DTP teams to resolve formatting issues.
Maintain compliance with media ethics and organizational guidelines.

Head of IT

Required Qualifications

Master’s Degree in Computer Science, IT or Networking with 3 years managerial experience; or
Bachelor’s Degree with 6 years managerial experience; or
Professional membership, such as CSSL, with 6 years experience; or
NVQ Level 7 with 8 years relevant managerial experience.
