Grade 5 Scholarship Exam 2025 – Admission Card Amendments

The Department of Examinations has issued an important notice to all school principals regarding the upcoming Grade 5 Scholarship Examination 2025, scheduled to be held on 10th August 2025.

Principals are urged to re-verify student details using their original birth certificates and ensure the accuracy of the information submitted. The school attendance register will function as the official admission card for the examination.

Amendments Allowed Until 04.08.2025

Corrections can be made until 4th August 2025 for the following fields:

• Name
• Gender
• Date of Birth
• Income Status
• Medium of Examination

All school heads are kindly requested to complete this verification and correction process promptly to ensure smooth conduct of the examination.
