The University of Jaffna has officially announced the calling of applications for aptitude tests to select students for its Bachelor of Fine Arts (Hons) degree programmes for the 2025/2026 academic year.
This admission process is based on the results of the G.C.E. Advanced Level Examination 2025.
📚 Available Degree Programmes
Applicants can apply for the following programmes:
- Bachelor of Fine Arts (Hons) in Music
- Bachelor of Fine Arts (Hons) in Dance
- Bachelor of Fine Arts (Hons) in Art & Design
✅ Eligibility Criteria
Candidates who wish to apply must meet the following requirements:
- Must have obtained a Credit Pass (C) in the relevant subject
(Music / Dance / Art & Design) - Must have secured at least Simple Passes (S) in the other two subjects
- All qualifications must be from the G.C.E. A/L Examination 2025
📝 Selection Method
Selection of candidates will be based on aptitude evaluations as follows:
- Music / Dance – Performance Test
- Art & Design – Practical Test and Aptitude Test
These tests are designed to assess the creative and practical abilities of applicants.
