Salary and Benefits
Selected candidates will be placed on salary scales according to the Department of Management Services (DMS) Circular No. 01/2025. For example, a Works Superintendent (JM 1-2) will receive a starting salary of Rs. 66,781.00 as of early 2026, which is scheduled to rise to a base of Rs. 74,010.00 by January 2027. Additional benefits typically include cost-of-living and tea allowances.
