The Ceylon Fisheries Corporation, operating under the Ministry of Fisheries, Aquatic and Ocean Resources, has announced several new employment opportunities for qualified Sri Lankan citizens as part of its ongoing efforts to strengthen the country’s fisheries sector.
According to the official vacancy notice, applications are invited for a range of senior and mid-level positions, including:
- Deputy General Manager (Marketing) – 1 vacancy
- Manager / Senior Manager (Finance) – 1 vacancy
- Manager / Senior Manager (Marketing, Purchasing & Distribution) – 1 vacancy
- Manager / Senior Manager (Quality Control) – 1 vacancy
- Regional Manager / Senior Regional Manager – 5 vacancies
- Manager / Senior Manager (Procurement) – 1 vacancy
- Quality Control Officer – 2 vacancies
- Management Assistant (Fish Purchasing / Fish Marketing) – 15 vacancies
The corporation stated that applicants must submit a detailed Curriculum Vitae (CV), copies of relevant educational and professional certificates, and contact details of two non-related referees.
Applications should be sent via registered post on or before June 7, 2026.
Candidates are also advised to clearly mention the position applied for on the top left-hand corner of the envelope.
