University Admission 2026
The Open University of Sri Lanka (OUSL) invites applications for the Bachelor of Education Honours in Special Needs Education programme for the academic year 2026/27. This programme is designed to develop skilled educators who can support diverse learners and inclusive classrooms.
🎯 Programme Objective
To prepare both pre-service and in-service teachers with comprehensive knowledge, practical skills, and inclusive pedagogical approaches to effectively address diverse learner needs.
📌 Admission Requirements
- Applicants who have completed any Diploma (Levels 3 & 4) from OUSL
- OR
- Holders of a National Diploma in Teaching (Special Education) from a National College of Education
- Eligible candidates may directly enter Level 5 with exemptions for Levels 3 & 4
