This three-year degree is specifically designed to provide flexibility for working professionals and students across the island, featuring a curriculum delivered primarily through online platforms (Zoom) during weekends.

Eligibility Criteria

The university has outlined several pathways for admission, including:

1. G.C.E. A/L: Passing three subjects in any stream in one sitting.
2. Professional Qualifications: Completion of recognized diplomas (1 year) in Management, Marketing, or Human Resources, or passing the first stage of banking exams with two years of experience.
3. Vocational Certifications: Full completion of AAT, ACCA, CA Sri Lanka, CIMA, or PQHRM (IPM).
4. Work Experience: G.C.E. O/L qualification combined with at least five years of executive-level experience in the public or private sector.
