🎓 Required Qualifications
Applicants must meet one of the following:

- Sri Lankan citizenship
- Good character
- Physical and mental fitness to serve anywhere in the country

- Salary Scale: Rs. 58,660 – 110,570 (MN 5 category)
- Permanent position with a 3-year probation period

📝 Examination Structure
The exam consists of two written papers:
- Paper I (MCQ)
- Duration: 30 minutes
- Based on Estate Management & Valuation subjects
- Paper II (Essay & Structured)
- Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes
- Minimum 40 marks required for each paper
- Exams available in Sinhala, Tamil, and English
