This initiative, part of the Thirteen Years Guaranteed Education Programme, aims to provide students with vocational training and skills development opportunities.

- Eligibility: Students who have completed Grade 11 can apply, regardless of their G.C.E. O/L examination results.
- Programme Structure:
- Grade 12: Students will undergo foundational studies in vocational subjects at designated schools.
- Grade 13: Students can pursue a National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) Level 04 certification in one of 28 specialized fields, including:
