The Ministry of Education has issued a directive to principals of national schools regarding the implementation of National School teacher transfers under the Annual and Compulsory Transfer Scheme of 2024
Principals have been urged to promptly release teachers who have received transfer orders, enabling them to take up their duties at their newly assigned schools. Furthermore, the Ministry has emphasized the necessity for principals to update the online system to reflect these transfers accurately and in a timely manner.
The Ministry of Education has also issued a stern warning that disciplinary action will be taken against any school principals who fail to comply with this transfer directive.
