The Ministry of Public Administration, Provincial Councils, and Local Government has gazetted the Limited Competitive Examination for recruitment to Grade III of the Sri Lanka Architects’ Service. Eligible public or provincial public service officers are invited to apply online.

Applicants must be citizens of Sri Lanka with excellent moral character and the physical and mental fitness to serve anywhere in the island. There is no age limit for this limited exam stream. Candidates must be confirmed in their current service, free from disciplinary punishments, and meet one of the qualification routes below.
📝 Selection Method
Recruitment is based on the combined merit of a Written Examination and a Structured Interview. The written exam has two papers; candidates may sit in Sinhala, Tamil, or English, completing both papers in the same medium. A minimum of 40% per paper is required to pass.
