SLECIC Job Vacancies 2026

The Sri Lanka Export Credit Insurance Corporation (SLECIC), operating under the Ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development, has released an official recruitment notice for several executive and non-executive positions for the year 2026.

01. Deputy General Manager (Marketing) – HM 1-3 (Post: 01)

• Qualifications (External): * A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Business Management, Commerce, or a relevant field recognized by the U.G.C. WITH a Postgraduate Degree (Master’s) or Associate Membership of a recognized Professional Chartered Institute. Minimum of 15 years of experience at a “Managerial Level” (with 02 years at Senior Management Level).
  • OR Fellow/Full Membership of a recognized Professional Chartered Institution in a related field with 15 years of managerial experience.
• Age Limit: 35 to 55 years (Upper age limit does not apply to internal candidates).
• Salary Scale: HM 1-3 – Rs. [152,500 – 15 x 4,110 – 214,150] (as per MSD Circular 01/2025) + Cost of Living + Professional Allowance + KPI Incentive + Medical Benefits + Fuel/Vehicle allowance.

02. Junior Manager (Marketing) – JM 1-2 Grade II (Post: 01)

• Qualifications (External): Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Business Management, Commerce, or a relevant field recognized by the U.G.C. OR Intermediate Examination of a recognized Professional Chartered Institute.
• Age Limit: 22 to 48 years.
• Salary Scale: JM 1-2 – Rs. [74,010 – 10×1,380 – 18×2,040 – 124,330] + Allowances.

03. Junior Manager (Claims & Recoveries) – JM 1-2 Grade II (Post: 01)

• Qualifications (External): Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Commerce, Accountancy, Finance, or a relevant field recognized by the U.G.C.
• Age Limit: 22 to 48 years.
• Salary Scale: JM 1-2 – Rs. [74,010 – 10×1,380 – 18×2,040 – 124,330] + Allowances.

04. Junior Manager (HR & Admin) – JM 1-2 Grade II (Post: 01)

• Qualifications (External): Bachelor’s Degree in HRM, Business Administration, Business Management, Public Administration, Public Management, Commerce, or a relevant field recognized by the U.G.C.
• Age Limit: 22 to 48 years.
• Salary Scale: JM 1-2 – Rs. [74,010 – 10×1,380 – 18×2,040 – 124,330] + Allowances.

05. Personal Assistant to General Manager – MA 1-2 Grade III (Post: 01)

• Qualifications (External): * Passed G.C.E. O/L in 6 subjects in one sitting with credit passes for 4 subjects including Sinhala/Tamil, English, and Mathematics.
  • Passed 3 subjects (other than General Paper) at G.C.E. A/L.
  • Obtained NVQ 5 Level qualification in secretarial practice.
• Age Limit: 18 to 45 years.
• Salary Scale: MA 1-2 – Rs. [41,220 – 10×540 – 7×610 – 12×1,030 – 12×1,250 – 84,350] + Allowances.
