Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Be Sri Lankan citizens aged 24 or below.
- Have passed GCE O/L with 5 credits (including Mother Language, Mathematics, and English) in one sitting.
- Have passed GCE A/L in 3 subjects (excluding General English, General Knowledge, and IT) in one sitting.
- Possess strong interpersonal, communication, and time-management skills.
Training & Career Prospects
- Two-year training program with a monthly allowance (Rs. 55,000 in the 1st year, Rs. 70,000 in the 2nd year).
- Upon successful completion, trainees will be confirmed as permanent Staff Assistant – I.
- Mandatory five-year service commitment (including training) in the assigned province.
Selection Process
- Competitive examination (General Knowledge, IQ, IT, and English).
- Interview for shortlisted candidates.
- Final selection based on interview performance.
