- Recruitment Method: Selection will be based on a structured interview (100 marks).
- Salary Scale: Rs. 58,660 – Rs. 110,570 per month (as per MN 5 – 2025) + government allowances.

Eligibility Criteria:
✅ Educational Qualification:
- A special degree (4+ years) in Criminology, Sociology, Psychology, or Social Work (UGC-recognized university).
- OR a Law Degree (LLB) / Attorney-at-Law qualification.
✅ Age Limit: 21–35 years (as of the application closing date).
✅ Experience: Prior work in rehabilitation, probation, social welfare, counseling, or law will earn extra marks.
✅ Language & Skills:
- Proficiency in Sinhala/Tamil/English (additional marks for diplomas/certificates).
- Computer literacy (certified courses add marks).
✅ Other Requirements: - Must be a Sri Lankan citizen with no disciplinary record.
- Physically and mentally fit for service across the island.
